Gourmet meets the Super bowl

More for impressing party goers than your new boss. Move over Chips and salsa!
Ingredients: 1 bag of Tortilla chips
1 pound of ground beef
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Sliced Jalapeno peppers(not optional)
1/2csour cream
1c salsa,
1 jar of spinach artichoke dip 
1/2c ricotta cheese,
Shredded Romano cheese.
Prep: Brown ground beef in a large skillet for 10 minutes with your jalapeno peppers. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In a small baking dish or cast-iron pan pour your spinach artichoke dip into the center and place a large dollop of ricotta cheese on top as well as the shredded romano cheese. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 8 minutes.

In a seperate large glass baking dish spread one thick layer of tortilla chips and cover with cheddar cheese, the beef and pepper mixture, and sour cream and salsa as desired. Repeat until your baking dish is heaping and place inside your oven for 15 minutes. Serve with the lava-hot spinach artichoke dip immediately.

This is a quick and easy mini-mannicotti and can be eaten with your hands.

You will need: 1 box of Barilla Jumbo shells, 1 package of frozen meatballs,Finely shredded mozzarella cheese,shredded parmesan cheese, ricotta cheese, 1 jar of tomato sauce, salt,pepper, garlic,olive oil.

Prep:Begin by boiling a large pot of water, add salt and olive oil for surface tension.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a seperate pan simmer your package of meatballs on medium heat in a mixture of the tomato sauce and 1 cup of water. Add pasta as the water boils and drain accordingly.

As soon as the meatballs are cooked through place one each inside a jumbo shell with one spoonful of ricotta cheese and gently close. Place them in a large glass baking dish tightly packed to prevent breaking.



On top of all of these spread parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic, and the rest of the tomato sauce and bake for 12 minutes.
In the end they should look like pods covered in stringy melted cheese. Enjoy!

Recipe #1: The Untidy Barmaid(She's really messy!)

This is a simple breakfast sandwhich that can be tweaked to your liking.
Ingredients:
4 Bacon strips
2 large white bagels
2 eggs,
mayonnaise
cheese optional
Salt, pepper, Cinnamon, All-spice
Prep:
Pan-fry the bacon in a non-stick skillet under Medium heat until cooked to desired crispiness, Lightly sprinkle with all-spice and cinnamon. While that is happening toast your bagels in a toaster or toaster oven. Cook both eggs seperately sunny side-up(don't scramble, flip and cook yolk for 1-2 minutes)Add cheese after flip. Spread mayonnaise( Or cream cheese) on your now toasty warm bagels and assemble your Untidy barmaids with one egg and two bacon strips each. 2 servings.
If assembled correctly the first bite should burst the sunny-side up egg and coat everything in Breakfasty goodness.
